These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Pojokbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Pojokbet website located at pojokbet.cam

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through Pojokbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Services.

Pojokbet operates as an online betting and live casino platform principally serving users located in Malaysia. All monetary references herein are expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed below:

• "Account" — The personal account registered by a User on the Pojokbet Platform, used to access Services and manage funds.
• "Balance" — The total MYR funds held within a User's Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback, or reload incentive credited to a User's Account pursuant to an applicable promotion.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — Any sports bet, live casino stake, slot spin, lottery entry, or other form of real-money participation placed through the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and address verification, required by Pojokbet to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the Platform.
• "Services" — All games, betting markets, account features, payment processing functions, customer support, and other functionalities provided through pojokbet.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus Bonus) must be turned over in real-money Bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an active Account on Pojokbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Pojokbet strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under any form of legal guardianship or incapacity may not register.
4. One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Pojokbet or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
6. Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Fraudulent or misleading registration information will result in Account termination.

Upon completing registration, Pojokbet will create a single Account associated with your verified identity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access your Account.

Pojokbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify Pojokbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

Pojokbet may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of payment method and proof of address may also be requested.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Pojokbet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of RM10 per month to dormant Accounts following written notice to the registered email address.

Pojokbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods: FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified on the deposit page.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Pojokbet processes withdrawals as follows:

• Bronze Tier: Standard processing up to 24 business hours.
• Silver Tier: Processing within the same business day.
• Gold Tier: Processing within 12 hours.
• Platinum Tier: Processing within 6 hours.
• Diamond & Royal Black Diamond: Instant to same-day processing.

Pojokbet reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above RM5,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. Processing times may be extended during KYC review periods.

All transactions are conducted in MYR. For cryptocurrency transactions, the applicable exchange rate will be that published on the Platform at the time the transaction is initiated. Pojokbet applies no platform-side currency conversion fee for crypto transactions; however, network fees are the User's responsibility.

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, free spins, and other incentives offered by Pojokbet are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unmet requirements will result in bonus forfeiture upon expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered Account, per household, and per payment method.
• Pojokbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion where misuse, abuse, or exploitation is suspected.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple Accounts, coordinated abuse, or bonus arbitrage strategies will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winings.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

All bets placed on Pojokbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product: sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, or arcade games. Product-specific rules are published on the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Pojokbet does not accept requests to void confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. Pojokbet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game or bet placement, Pojokbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account.
• Odds and prices are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The confirmed odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply.
• For live sports markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, and other events, Pojokbet reserves the right to suspend markets during significant in-play events such as goals, red cards, or official stoppages.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Pojokbet Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referal to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with Pojokbet.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of sporting or game integrity fraud.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonus or promotional offers without genuine recreational play.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Pojokbet staff or other users through any communication channel.

Pojokbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where:

• The User is found to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Pojokbet reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the Platform.
• The User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• Pojokbet is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• The User has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling provisions.

Upon closure for breach, any Balance attributable to bonus funds or winings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any Balance attributable solely to the User's own deposited funds will be returned after deduction of any applicable administrative costs, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Pojokbet customer support. Following voluntary closure, any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Pojokbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. We strongly encourage all Users to gamble within their financial means and to be aware of the risks associated with excessive gambling behaviour.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered Users within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict maximum losses per session, per day, or per week.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net balance.

Pojokbet strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. All registered Users confirm, by virtue of maintaining an Account, that they are aged 21 or above and that gambling does not interfere with their financial obligations or wellbeing.

All content published on the Pojokbet Platform, including but not limited to the Pojokbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text software, and database compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pojokbet or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any User any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Pojokbet.

Any unauthorised use of Pojokbet's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pojokbet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated winings, or gambling proceeds.
• Loss of data or information stored connection with your Account.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in odds or game outcomes resulting from circumstances beyond Pojokbet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing transactions.

Where Pojokbet's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by Pojokbet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Pojokbet processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. Pojokbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, Pojokbet will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that Users review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any updates.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks. Pojokbet endeavours to resolve any dispute arising from this Agreement promptly and in good faith through its internal customer support and disputes resolution process.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Pojokbet will provide the relevant arbitration body details upon escalation of a formal dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
